What is sports specific training, well it's putting your strength, speed and mobility to good use! Working elements of training that will enhance your performance and your ability to recover better. For example Strength training may include a lunge where sports specific elements such as plyometric and acceleration will change the way we work and perform that lunge.
There will be many trainers out there that claim to have played pro sport and trained at an elite level unfortunately a quick trip to Google will filter those out before you go much further. My collective team have either played at the top level or worked with it.
