Personal training is becoming an increasingly more desirable way to train, someone with the skills to help you realise your results not only quicker but safer as well. 

 

My aim is to take my clients through a journey, a learning curve where they not only benefit and grow but also understand and increase their knowledge so they can not only reach, but maintain their goals. I have clients from many backgrounds. City workers who have time constraints that need to fit their training into 2 contact hours a week to those that train every day. Body Transformation

This MIGHT be one of the hardest things you will ever do but it WILL be one of the most satisfying things you ever do! You MIGHT hate the day in day out concentration and you MIGHT feel you can't squeeze out that last rep but you WILL relish the results and you WILL come through stronger and healthier. 

 

Body transformations do require a great level of dedication, sticking to a specifically designed workout program and nutrition plan that will be designed for you and will be life changing! A 12 or 14 week course may seem like a long time however it's a realistic approach to body transformation unlike fad claims that you can change your body completely in 6,4 or even 2weeks! 

Recovery and Injury Rehab

Rest is physically necessary so that the muscles can repair, rebuild and strengthen. For recreational athletes, building in rest days can help maintain a better balance between home, work and fitness goals.

 

Building recovery time into any training program is important because this is the time that the body adapts to the stress of exercise and the real training effect takes place. Recovery also allows the body to replenish energy stores and repair damaged tissues. Exercise or any other physical work causes changes in the body such as muscle tissue breakdown and the depletion of energy stores as well as fluid loss.

 

Rehabilitation programs for injuries either long lasting or more recent. Sore shoulder, painful knee or lower back pain, working closely with our in house and professional sports physiotherapists there’s the opportunity for you to regain your fitness and be able to move and feel pain free.

Exercise to live, Health

Docs come calling! Physios had words or you realise you can only manage a 2 minute kick around with your son before collapsing in a heap, whatever your reason your body is the only thing that you own in its entirety so it needs to be at the top of your list. 

 

Strength training, cardiovascular health, posture and movement patterns are vital parts of your health and should, sorry must be addressed if you are to live a long and pain free life. These can be realised in either an ongoing management with personal training or a course to help you understand the requirements and tweaks your body is crying out for. 

 

Posture Correction

Posture check. The city is plagued with bad posture, bad habits and poor choices when it comes to your fitness, health and physical wellbeing. While you may feel that your poor posture is to blame for your aches and pains, research suggests that stress is the main factor in most cases of back pain. However, many people may find that their pain flares up when they adopt certain postures for long periods of time, such as hunching over a desk for long periods of time. Training for the older generation

Research has shown that strengthening exercises are both safe and effective for women and men of all ages, including those who are not in perfect health. In fact, people with health concerns—including heart disease or arthritis—often benefit the most from an exercise program that includes lifting weights a few times each week.

Strength training, particularly in conjunction with regular aerobic exercise, can also have a profound impact on a person's mental and emotional health.

There are numerous benefits to strength training regularly, particularly as you grow older. It can be very powerful in reducing the signs and symptoms of numerous diseases and chronic conditions, among them:

 

  • arthritis                                         diabetes

  • osteoporosis                                 obesity

  • back pain                                      depression

Wedding Prep

Smile..... Say cheese...... Can I get a quick pic?..... Probably the most photographed day of your life. How about looking suave and dapper in your tails or absolutely stunning in your dress. Similar to body transformation however it's advisable to take slightly longer to avoid last min stress and bad health leading into the last few weeks.

Holiday Prep

Hitting the beach without hitting the gym can be a gutsy move! Get some last min conditioning sessions under your belt or a concerted effort over a longer period of time. Whatever your approach come in for a consultations and gain realistic advice and training to get you ready for your holiday.
